We are currently hiring a part-time stylist to join our team! We are looking for energetic, fashion forward sales professionals with a love for bridal. You must love working with women and have a knack for making people feel invited, comfortable, and beautiful. Commitment is key. We are looking for someone who is ready to grow with us - hours and opportunities have potential to expand to a full time role over time. We are looking for someone who is able to wear all hats and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with brides to discover their wedding day style and help them through the process of saying ‘YES’ to the dress
• Building relationships with brides throughout the entire process from the first appointment to their wedding day
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and replying to social media messages
• Meet and exceeding personal sales goals
• Organization, merchandising, cleaning, steaming, administrative tasks
• Assisting with Marketing, Social Media and E Commerce, coming up with creative ideas, and developing the brand

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with retail focus is preferred
• Must have the ability to work at least one weekend day
• A strong work ethic, self starter, and a positive outlook is essential
• This role is part-time and will range from 2-3 days weekly but will grow quickly over time for the right applicant

Compensation

• Compensation is in the form of hourly wage + commission
