Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready to be picked up or has shipped.
To help us accommodate your needs and work around our ordering and processing timelines, please provide your wedding date when placing an order. This allows us to better manage the timing of your order.
Please also be aware of wait times due to specific items being made-to-order, currently on pre-order or unexpected postal service problems that are out of our control.

After placing your order and selecting local pick up at checkout, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Please give us a call when you are wanting to come by and pick up your online order as we schedule our staff around appointments. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
International Shipping
We offer International Shipping for all orders outside of North America. Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) made outside of Canada, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rituals Of Love is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
It is the customer’s full responsibility to be informed of local customs & taxes and must be paid to the obligating courier company prior to receiving your order. Refunds will not be offered to refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charged. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
Redirecting An Order
Please note, if you need to make urgent changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible by email at hello@ritualsoflovebridal.com with your order number and the correct changes necessary and we’ll endeavour to make any adjustments.
We can’t make any changes or cancellations once an order has already been processed and dispatched as it becomes property of the courier company. Please make sure your shipping address and all other information is correct. We are not responsible for packages that have been redirected or lost due to the customer input of incorrect information.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
