Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready to be picked up or has shipped.
To help us accommodate your needs and work around our ordering and processing timelines, please provide your wedding date when placing an order. This allows us to better manage the timing of your order.
Please also be aware of wait times due to specific items being made-to-order, currently on pre-order or unexpected postal service problems that are out of our control.
All Made-To-Order & Sample Sale Wedding Gowns are Final Sale, No Exceptions.
Online:
We'll gladly accept returns for full-price items within 7 business days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns made after this timeframe will not be accepted, unless delayed due to postage and handling issues.
In-Store:
All items purchased in our Vancouver studio are Final Sale.
Made to Order:
Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise specified in the item description. This includes certain accessories, such as designer veils and sleeves, which are also final sale.
If you have any questions about an item’s return or exchange eligibility, please refer to the item description or contact us for further clarification.
Final Sale:
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
Please note that earrings are considered a final sale for hygienic reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items purchased during sales, promotions or with promotional codes are final sale.
